Submission Criteria & Author Obligations

Submission Criteria

What qualifies for submission

Present original scientific data, audits, or case reports across all disciplines of Women's Health — obstetrics, gynaecology, maternal-fetal medicine, and related fields.
Only completed studies will be considered; studies “in progress” will not be accepted.
Abstracts must be original and not previously published or presented at another meeting.

Author Obligations

Responsibilities of the presenting author

Submitting Author DeclarationThe presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the abstract's content and have agreed to its submission before finalising the submission.
Disclosure of Conflicts of InterestAbstract submitters will be required to disclose any conflict of interests with the submission.

Selection: The top three abstracts will be selected for Oral Presentation during the conference. The Scientific Committee will determine whether each abstract is accepted for an oral or poster presentation, and this decision will be communicated to the author along with the acceptance notification.

Formatting Requirements

Word Limit	Maximum 250 words (excluding title and author details)
Abbreviations	Use only standard abbreviations if needed
Language	Abstracts must be in English. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit for grammar and clarity.
