It is my great pleasure, on behalf of NMC Healthcare and the Group Academic Council, to welcome you to the 3rd Annual NMC Medical Conference — Women's Health, themed:
“One Vision, Every Stage, Better Women's Health”
Following the success of our previous annual conferences in Paediatrics and Surgery, we are proud to continue NMC Healthcare's annual academic conference series with a subject that is integral to our clinical practice and our commitment to the communities we serve — Women's Health.
Women's Health represents one of NMC Healthcare's strongest and most established clinical areas. Across our network, we have the privilege of caring for women through different stages of their lives — from preventive and reproductive healthcare to antenatal care and childbirth, high-risk and complex pregnancies, foetal medicine, fertility services, advanced gynaecological care and surgery, menopause and healthy ageing.
Our philosophy is that women's healthcare should not be viewed as a series of isolated clinical encounters. It should be a continuum of care, built around prevention, early diagnosis, clinical excellence, multidisciplinary collaboration and an understanding of the changing health needs of women throughout their lives.
This philosophy is at the heart of our conference theme: One Vision, Every Stage, Better Women's Health.

About the Conference

The 3rd Annual NMC Medical Conference will bring together leading clinicians, academics, healthcare leaders and experts from NMC Healthcare, the UAE and internationally. The scientific programme explores the many dimensions of health that influence women throughout their lifetime.

A particular focus will be placed on translating evidence and innovation into better outcomes for women — through prevention and earlier intervention, safer maternity care, improved management of complex conditions, minimally invasive approaches, multidisciplinary pathways and more personalised models of care.
NMC's own Women's Health services reflect this continuum. Our teams support women from routine antenatal and preventive care through complex obstetric and gynaecological care, supported by maternal-foetal medicine, fertility services, modern labour and delivery facilities, advanced neonatal care and multidisciplinary specialist services.
The conference is an opportunity not only to discuss what is changing in Women's Health, but to consider how we can work collectively to provide safer, more integrated, evidence-based and patient-centred care for every woman, at every stage of life.
